Craig Buffkin serves as the Chairman of the Board for the company. He has a diverse background and is actively involved in client engagements and business development. Craig has worked with boards and C-suite executives both nationally and internationally for a variety of private, public, venture-backed, and private equity-backed companies.

Before his current business ventures, Craig was a director at a national technology search firm that had five offices and employed over 75 consultants. He also spent more than five years as a turnaround specialist and over ten years in marketing services. Notably, his last turnaround involved consolidating seven healthcare companies, which were eventually sold to a large public healthcare entity.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife, Heather, live in Nashville, TN, with their three children: Caroline, Charlie, and Francie. In his free time, Craig enjoys golfing and fishing.

Steve Traube, a third-generation descendant of the founding family of Traube Tents & Structures, serves as Owner and Executive Board Member.

With over 30 years of experience, Steve has consistently delivered high-quality products and services that enhance worker safety and comfort, increase productivity, meet deadlines, manage growth, protect assets and efficiently operate. He has an extensive background in providing temporary, semi-permanent and permanent fabric buildings for a variety of applications and industries.

Steve has been recognized for excellence and innovation in tent installation and rental by the International Special Events Society, the Industrial Fabrics Association International, and INC Magazine.

David MacArthur is currently a Senior Project Manager at Traube Tents & Structures.

He brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in both sales and administration at Losberger De Boer US, Horizon Golf, Anchor Industries, and Tentwares. His robust skill set includes account management, business development, corporate events, customer service, event management, and more.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from University of Vermont.

Hellar Armbruster is an Executive Board Member for the company, previously serving President of Armbruster Tentmaker, a family-owned, fourth-generation business and one of the oldest tent-making companies in America. Recently, the company became part of Traube Tent & Structures.

In addition to his business expertise, Hellar brings a wealth of experience from his military service. He previously served as an Infantry Major in the Illinois U.S. Army National Guard, where he coordinated all competitive and mobilizing marksmanship programs in the state. Hellar also served as an Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer for the U.S. Army as part of Task Force Santa Fe, conducting base assessments and compliance checks throughout the USAREUR sector. Additionally, he served as a Deck Watch Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Hellar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

Ashley Prange is a dedicated professional in Customer Relations at Traube Tents & Structures, where she excels in fostering strong, lasting connections with clients and enhancing their overall engagement with the company. Prior to her current role, Ashley honed her customer service expertise in a compliance position at NPS - Lincoln Memorial, where she developed a keen attention to detail and an understanding of client needs.

With a versatile skill set that encompasses Event Planning, Corporate Events, Event Management, Customer Service, and Hospitality, Ashley is well-equipped to handle a variety of challenges in her field. Her ability to seamlessly navigate complex events and ensure client satisfaction sets her apart in the industry. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Art from McKendree University.

Tony Schuster currently serves as the Vice President of Sports, where he plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, operational management, and the overall success of the organization's diverse sports-related initiatives.

With an impressive background spanning over three decades, Tony began his career as the Course Superintendent at Castle Pines Golf Club, renowned for hosting the prestigious PGA Tour Event "The International." In this role, he was responsible for overseeing all international operations. His performance led to his promotion to Director of Operations for the Club, where he further honed his expertise.

In 2003, Tony was named Director of Operations for the newly created PGA Tour Event, The Wachovia Championship hosted at Quail Hollow Club, Charlotte, NC. Following this role, he was hired by The Tiger Woods Foundation to assist in creating “The AT&T National” hosted at Congressional CC, Potomac, MD. Additionally, Tony was contracted to create The Greenbrier Classic hosted at The Old White Course, White Sulphur Springs, WV, and The McGladrey Classic, St Simons Island, GA. Tony has provided consulting services to multiple PGA Tour events over the past decade.

In 2003, Tony was appointed as the Director of Operations for the inaugural PGA Tour Event, The Wachovia Championship, hosted at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC. Following this achievement, he joined The Tiger Woods Foundation, where he played a crucial role in establishing “The AT&T National,” hosted at Congressional Country Club in Potomac, MD. Because of his expertise, Tony was contracted to develop The Greenbrier Classic at The Old White Course in White Sulphur Springs, WV, and The McGladrey Classic on St. Simons Island, GA, further showcasing his ability to deliver exceptional golf experiences.

Over the last decade, Tony has lent his consulting expertise to multiple PGA Tour events, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of professional golf tournaments across the nation. His comprehensive knowledge of the industry ensures that events under his guidance consistently exceed expectations.

With over 30 years of experience in the tent and structure industry, Matt has built his career on both the rental and manufacturing sides of the business. He spent 15 years with Aztec Tents as a Regional Account Manager, covering the Mid-Atlantic and South-Central regions, before moving into leadership roles on the rental side. Over the course of his career, Matt has held nearly every position in the field—from foreman and operations manager to VP of Sales—before stepping into his current role as Director of National Sales at Traube Tent.

Matt is widely respected throughout the industry for his ability to develop strong partnerships and for his extensive network of contacts nationwide. He also serves on the American Rental Association (ARA) of MS Board, where he helps shape the future of the industry.

At home, Matt and his wife Tanya share their love of animals with their son Isaac—you never know what new pet might be in the household! Outside of work and family, he enjoys playing golf and supporting local high school sporting events.

Kevin is the Director of Operations, responsible for coordinating daily activities and mentoring team members to foster a culture of teamwork and craftsmanship. He takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.

With more than twenty years of hands-on experience in the tent and structure building industry, Kevin has established a career characterized by hard work, dedication, and leadership. He began at the grassroots level, learning every aspect of the trade before advancing to his current role. Over the years, he has managed numerous projects, including extravagant wedding events, community festivals, and prestigious golf tournaments, always ensuring that every installation adheres to the highest standards of quality.

When not on the job site or coordinating large-scale projects, Kevin enjoys traveling and spending time with family. Kevin lives in St. Louis, MO, with his wife, Joan, and their three daughters, Sydney, Hayley, and Lily.

Jay Evans leads the Disaster Response Division, serving all of North America.

With over 20 years of experience in catastrophe response, Jay is well-suited to quickly analyze, identify, and implement the right solutions for both customers and project teams. He is an experienced account manager and project leader, skilled in guiding teams in fast-paced, rapid-response environments. Before joining the Traube team, Jay spent 18 years in various roles at State Farm Insurance, including as a Catastrophe Coordinator. In this position, he resolved customer service issues by finding immediate solutions, which increased customer confidence and reduced escalations to the executive office.

Jay holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College.

Brant McWilliams is the Chief Executive Officer of Traube Tents & Structures. Under his leadership, the company has reached new heights through the acquisition of several national projects, significant team development, and the achievement of a major revenue milestone. He previously served as the General Manager for the company.

Brant began his professional career in Pinehurst, North Carolina, as a member of the staff for the 1999 U.S. Open Championship. The following year, he joined the United States Golf Association (USGA) and took on the role of Operations Manager for the U.S. Open Golf Championship. Over his tenure with the Championship team, which included nine U.S. Open Championships, Brant contributed to sustainable growth and implemented new operational efficiencies. He was also part of three of the highest-attended U.S. Opens in history.

For more than eight years, Brant excelled in a regional sales capacity at Aztec Tents Design & Production. His primary objective was to strategically expand the company's footprint into the Midwest, where he worked to establish and nurture relationships with key clients. Through his efforts, Brant played a pivotal role in elevating Aztec Tents to a nationally recognized name within the industry.
